Our cross-sector team contributes to ramping up the cultural, organizational, and technological transformation for the Bank and IT.  

In accordance with orientations, you will bring IT business lines closer together by ensuring the maintenance, upgrading, and orientation of the IT services portfolio in relation to the governance, metrics, communication, and use of the Bank's operational data.

Day-to-day tasks:

As an Advisor - IT Services Management and Governance, you will facilitate the alignment between IT strategies with the Bank's IT business services.  You must demonstrate a high level of agility and excellent listening skills to meet the growing needs of users by capitalizing on the possibilities offered by new technologies and security requirements. 

You will act as a consultant in the "end-to-end" management and governance of all IT services while ensuring the creation of value for users in a context of transformation.

Your role

Define and articulate the needs related to new services or changes to existing IT services in order to reduce the level of complexity during implementation

Be responsible for establishing and supporting an IT service management business model

Establish and maintain relationships with our IT partners and help them improve their daily management skills with IT services and business domains

Continue the work to implement financial management for measuring IT service costs  

Ensure that services and internal service level agreement trends are aligned with expectations 

Provide technological leadership to the architects, teams, or squads to help execute operational processes according to ITIL governance, and contribute to resolving high-visibility situations

Plan and manage governance processes to ensure the reliability of IT services and business domains

Carry out the appropriate communications and/or escalations when a situation could impact users

Submit governance reports and make presentations to various decision-making levels

Your profile

TIL V3 or V4 certification; essential

Team player with the ability to positively influence and motivate stakeholders

Diligence and ability to take charge

Client focused and strong interpersonal skills

Leadership, initiative, autonomy, and communication skills (verbal and written)

Strong analytical skills and ability to summarize information

Strong sense of agility and organizational skills

Ability to cope with stressful and ambiguous situations

Ability to give presentations to and participate in strategic and executive committees

Bilingualism, both spoken and written (English and French), essential

Complementary skills:

Knowledge of Remedy

Knowledge of the SLM module in Remedy

Knowledge of Lean IX

Experience managing stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams

Experience conducting workshops
