We are currently seeking 1 HR Information System Management Advisor.
Our team's mission is to support the implementation of IT solutions that support HR processes and ensure their maintenance and evolution in order to create the most stimulating workplace in the country.

Your role
Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will work closely with colleagues as the resource person for the administration and updating of various HR system modules. Our dynamic team is made up of system administrators who work with IT, HR and Finance teams on various projects.
You'll advise various HR sectors on their practices in order to capitalize on technological innovations. You'll influence and guide their decisions in keeping with best market practices and ensure the integration and consistency of the IT ecosystem.
You will optimize systems in place (configurations) and ensure their integrity in order to provide users with a simple and efficient experience.
Finally, you will participate in committees and special projects where your systems expertise will be required.

NB: The team works at 600 De La Gauchetière in Montreal but is currently working remotely and a hybrid work model is planned for the future.
