Te Pae Tawhiti Transformation Programme

 Te Pae Tawhiti – Our Future is about the Ministry of Social Development's (MSD) future role and how we can make a bigger and better difference for New Zealanders.  Te Pae Tawhiti transformation programme will deliver services that are easier, more accessible and integrated across employment, housing and income support with greater use of partnering.

 Achieving our Te Pae Tawhiti vision will be a long-term journey for MSD.  

Our Advisor Governance will support the Transformation Office team to make connections between the Programme and the MSD Governance Committees and support the Ministry's governance system to help achieve organisational outcomes.
   You will be responsible for:

•    Identifying enhancements to the Te Pae Tawhiti Programme governance system
•    Agenda setting, facilitation and quality assurance and distribution of papers
•    Secretariat functions and reporting

 This is a critical role in the Te Pae Tawhiti transformation programme.  Therefore, demonstrated experience in a similar position is necessary, ideally complemented with a strong understanding and knowledge of government processes.

 Your excellent communication, analytical and relationship management skills will hold you in good stead for this challenging and rewarding role. 

You'll be action-focused with an emphasis on speed and efficiency and have a high standard of business acumen
