We are looking for an Adviser Assistant for our client, who is a firm providing investment services. Christchurch office, 12-month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.
Your new role
Providing administration support to the Christchurch Retail Advisers by assisting in all manner of tasks relating to client administration and PPM (Private Portfolio Management) and PAS (Premium Advisory Service) support, as deemed necessary by the Christchurch Branch Manager.
What you'll need to succeed
Several years’ administration and customer service experience, perhaps from the finance, banking or accounting sector. An advanced knowledge of MS Word, with intermediate to advanced knowledge in Excel and Power Point. Knowledge of the financial and securities markets. Sound knowledge of arithmetic. Familiarity with financial systems. An aptitude for figures with experience entering financial data
