The Opportunity

 

 As exciting opportunity exists to join the Life Insurance & Investments Division as an Administration Consultant.

 

The Role 

 

In this varied role, you will be overseeing a variety of tasks including indexing/data entry of newly received requests, policy maintenance, managing written/phone enquiries regarding existing policies and following up outstanding documentation. The role will see you liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders as you provide premium and policy calculations.  As you build on your existing administrative and customer service skills, you will be provided with excellent training to support you in learning about Zurich’s Life Risk products, processes and policies.  

 This is a great opportunity to grow your insurance product knowledge and support key stakeholders across Zurich’s Life Insurance business.

 

Your Experience 

 

You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be highly organised and proficient in Microsoft Excel. You are adept at problem solving, have strong attention to detail and the ability to build positive stakeholder relationships. You are able to work in an agile environment and enjoy being part of a professional and supportive Operations team.
