Are you an experienced administrator looking for recruitment experience?

My client is a major player in their space and they are looking for a Temp to support the internal administration team.

We are looking for a motivated, fast paced and switched-on candidate to assist in the general administration team. The role is varied, working across a range of administration tasks. This role is a multi-taskers dream!
 

Our ideal candidate will be organised, have exceptional communication skills and a great work ethic. This temp role is a great opportunity to take ownership and show commitment to your assignment whilst working in a thriving team environment. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Assist with general administration needs for the office 
  • Reception, phone queries and email correspondence 
  • Providing administrative support to the wider team
  • Processing invoices to accounts team and receipting
  • Data entry
  • Providing excellent customer service 
     

Key Candidate Requirements 

  • A fast paced and can-do attitude capable of handling high volume levels 
  • Exceptional communication skills 
  • Proficient across Microsoft suite – Outlook, Excel and Word 
  • Punctual and impeccable time management skills 
     

Temp details:

  • Ongoing contract opportunities for successful candidates 
  • $23 - $25hrly +8% holiday pay 
  • Work from home flexibility 
  • Multiple repeat assignments, with likelihood to extend for a fixed term contract
