About the Position

We are looking for a strong Administrator to support our National Booking Team, and to be based in Warwick. The Administrator provides support to the Local Area Coordinator Team by managing scheduling of appointments and ensuring data integrity. You will maintain high quality of record keeping, and ensure competing requests are completed in an accurate and timely manner.

  • Strong administrative experience and proficiency in office technology (MS Office/ Outlook and data input)

  • Superior organisation skills and attention for detail

Essential Requirements if successful for the role

  • Eligible to work in Australia
  • A cleared Workers Screening Check relevant to you state or territory
  • A PEP (Pre-Employment Pack) clearance by the NDIA (no cost to you)
  • Reliable access to transport as needed within the community
