Job Description

Come work in our awesome Quality Assurance team that looks after the brands you love KFC, Pizza Hut, Carl's Jr and Taco Bell. Our team ensures excellence in Food Safety and exciting new products for our customers have gone through vigorous quality testing.

This role requires someone with solid administration experience that can help support our growing company. You will be responsible for weekly stock on hand reports, quality and distribution queries and may include collecting food samples from suppliers and stores.

You will have strong interpersonal skills where you can establish and build strong working relationships with suppliers and stores. You will be assisting and providing support with queries within our wider Supply Chain team.

This is a part time role working a total of 16 hours per week across Monday to Friday and will be on a fixed term basis for 3 months.

We are looking for someone who can start immediately.

What the role involves:

  • Prepare a weekly stock on hand report to alert Supply Chain/QA of any expiring stock
  • Process quality and distribution queries for stores
  • Attend to notifications raised by stores via email
  • Assist stores with quality & distribution stock queries
  • Filling of Audits and paperwork ( Soft copies)
  • May involve picking up samples from suppliers/ store
  • Follow up quality and distribution queries with suppliers of Restaurant Brands Stores
  • Support Quality and Supply Chain team as required

Skills and Experience:

  • Have strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Proficient with Microsoft office and Excel
  • Basic administration experience
  • Have strong oral and written communication skills
  • Can manage and prioritize your own workload
  • Holds a current Drivers Licence
