The details: Permanent part time - Monday to Friday
Waikato Women's Assessment Unit and Delivery Service based at Waikato Hospital is seeking an experienced and highly motivated administrator.
This position is for someone with an eye for attention to detail. We are looking for someone who is able to work in a high demand workload.
Each day is different so we need someone who likes challenges.
About the role:
The Administrator role will work as part of the Women's Administration team covering reception and admissions. This role is suited to a person who is self motivated, an experienced administrator, a team player and preferably someone with health sector knowledge looking for a challenging role that offers work life balance.
Requirements:
• high level of initiative and adaptability
• excellent communication and time management skills
• high attention to details and accuracy
• advanced systems skills (Microsoft/database experience)
This is a Part- time position Monday to Friday role - times may vary depending on workload.
