Ko tā mātou mahi - Our Role

We are on the lookout for a resilient, confident and organised Technology Administrator who will work with four encouraging Technology Managers in providing administrative support to ICT Operations and where necessary in the wider Technology Group.

Keeping your customers at the core, you will be responsible for handling a wider range of administrative tasks including diary and schedule management, expense claims, meeting coordination, document management, collating, compiling, and formatting report and travel arrangements. You will also work with the wider team members in coordinating events, meetings and collaborative projects.

Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu - What you will bring

  • A resilient, confident and organised multi-tasker experienced at assisting and supporting multiple managers and/or teams
  • Previous successful experience in an administration/coordination role providing services including calendar and meeting management, working with multiple inboxes and arranging meetings for large groups
  • A collaborative team player with a strong customer focus
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and highly-tuned interpersonal skills that will bring you success in relationship building
  • Proven organisational skills along with the ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines whilst maintaining the highest level of accuracy
  • A proactive, enthusiastic and energetic approach and an ability to work with a minimum of supervision on a day to day basis
  • Being adept in the use of MS Office, with experience of handling purchase orders, budgets, reporting and project coordination
