Job Description

We are currently looking for 2 x Administrative Support Officers to join our Regulation Branch Combat Sports team at Sydney Olympic Park. One full-time temporary opportunity up to December 2022 and one full- temporary opportunity up to December 2023.

We are offering a competitive salary to the right candidate starting from $74,117 up to $81,158 per annum plus 10% superannuation and 17.5.% annual leave loading.

About the role

The Administrative Support Officer provides administrative and support services to facilitate the operation of the team/unit. The role helps provide services to the Combat Sports Authority of NSW and functions under delegation.

As the Administrative Support Officer, you will be required to:

  • Provide a range of administrative and support services, including records management, routine correspondence, meeting and event coordination, to support the effective operation of the team/unit
  • Collect and compile information for, and prepare documentation and correspondence in line with quality and organisational requirements, to support information flow and inform decision making
  • Complete routine financial transactions and purchasing services, ensuring compliance with agency standards and procedures
  • Respond to enquiries, and escalate and redirect issues as required, to ensure the provision of accurate information
