Join the Customer Experience Centre team in Sherbrooke where your role will be to provide administrative support to the Senior Manager and their team.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will independently support the department in various administrative tasks such as:
Drafting, revising and improving various letters and documents
Preparing presentations or improving their formatting
Welcoming and directing visitors by providing courteous and high quality service to ensure the satisfaction of internal and external stakeholders
Managing calls by answering questions and ensuring that calls are returned
Your day-to-day tasks :
Keep your manager’s agenda up to date, make their appointments, coordinate the logistics of meetings and trips, and suggest improvements to ensure work efficiency
Independently monitor the budget and provide your manager with the reasons for budget discrepancies
Be fully proficient with all the software required for your duties
Serve as a resource for all employees in your sector when anyone requests information about the Bank's administrative policies and procedures
Support sector managers by completing certain administrative tasks.
Required skills:
High school diploma and 3½ years of relevant experience or a college diploma and 1½ years of relevant experience
Secretarial experience, an asset
Experience in proactively managing an agenda
Experience working with various collaborative tools such as Yammer, SharePoint, Teams, etc., an asset
Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Self-starter, proactive, and good collaborator
Open-minded and adaptable
Very skilled at determining priorities and emergencies
Autonomous and good organizational skills
Diligent and professional
Good people skills and client-centric
Bilingualism, spoken and written (English and French)
