We are currently searching for a reception/admin assistant looking for full time employment 9am-5pm Monday-Friday in our Accounting practice located in North Melbourne.
We are looking for someone capable of doing approximately 10-15 hours per week on reception relieving full time receptionist for breaks & filling in when required with the rest of the working week spent assisting accountants with administrative tasks such as typing, booking client appointments and handling client queries.
Key Tasks:
Managing reception - answering phones, greeting visitors, taking messages
General Administration
Typing letters/emails to clients
Handling client queries & booking appointments
Experience in a accounting industry will be viewed favourably
Key Selection Criteria:
Friendly and professional phone manner
Able to juggle multiple tasks
Attention to detail
Proficient with the MS Office suite of products (Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
Neat and professional appearance
