Job Description

We are looking for a bilingual talent who has experience in the administrative sector and a good command of Excel software.

A North American grain distributor is looking for an administrative assistant to join their team at the Port of Montreal.

You will assist the head of department, and you will assist the accounting department in all administrative support: payroll, data entry, etc.

This position is for a minimum of 12 months, following the departure of the incumbent on maternity leave. However, given the current context affecting the grain sector around the world, the company will experience growth, and opportunities will be created.

Qualifications

• Diploma of Secondary Education.

• Experience in administrative support of 3 years.

• Bilingualism in French and English.

• Good command of the Office Suite, particularly Excel.
