 The opportunity

We have a compelling opportunity for an Administrative Assistant within the Core Business Services team in Melbourne who will continue to grow solid administration skills by providing professional and efficient administrative support to relevant executives (Executive Directors/Directors/Senior Managers (level 4), and their Executive Assistants (EAs), who are working within the Global Delivery Services (GDS) and National Executive Assistant Team (NEAT) remote support model. The support provided by this role will be based on a strong knowledge of firm processes and tools, with service delivered in a proactive and collaborative manner.

 

Your key responsibilities

  • In-house room booking system management
  • Expenses support

  • Travel and events management

  • Client interactions

  • Communication support

  • Ad hoc support on team projects as required
  • Liaise and work with EAs across the wider EA network, ESS team members and others within the broader EY network

 

Skills and attributes for success

To qualify for the role, you should have

  • Entry level knowledge of, and experience with, software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
  • Solid communication skills including a high standard of written and spoken English skills
  • Proficient time management skills with an ability to prioritise workload
  • Ability to plan ahead and anticipate problems
  • Confidence and ability to interact with clients and executives
  • Excellent attention to detail
