Bayport have been industry leaders in Civil engineering, Property Development, and large-scale Landscaping. Located in state-of-the-art facilities in the South Eastern suburbs, we have recently celebrated 50 years in operation with exciting plans for further growth.

An opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated junior administrator to join our team.  Reporting to the Contract Administrator and Project Managers, you will be involved in the day-to-day admin duties across multiple Civil projects.

Working in a full-time capacity, the main duties will cover: 

  • General Administration to support to the CA and Project management team
  • Raise & process Purchase Orders, including Data entry
  • Process supplier invoices and payments
  • Print and file construction plans
  • Arrange DBYD and other requirements
  • Process and file insurances along with other WHS/QA documents
  • Set up and organise multiple Job folders
  • Document control and database management
  • Assist the CA with reporting as required
  • General office and adhoc admin duties as required

Skills and Experience

  • Strong communication and organisational skills;
  • Excellent time management skills;
  • Experience with MS Office skills - Outlook, Word, Excel
