MŠte tūnga | About the role
This is an Administration Support Officer role located within the Te Oranga Hinengaro Intervention and Support Practice Team (ISPT) at Spring Hill Corrections Facility. Reporting to the Clinical Manager, you'll act as their right-hand support person to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of a team of clinical specialists who deliver mental health and wellbeing services to the people in our care and management.
At the core of your role will be the delivery of routine administration support including front-of-house reception, information management and filing, meeting coordination, invoicing, assisting with recruitment activities and supporting new team members during induction and orientation. Working at pace and with efficiency is critical in our environment. You'll anticipate needs whilst coordinating team systems, processes and correspondence, with the freedom to review and improve processes to ensure the wider team are well connected and streamlined in the delivery of services. Above all, a confident and professional communication style will be key. You'll take ownership of your role and act as the ‘go-to' point of contact for your site, ensuring general enquiries from both our internal and external partners and responded to or escalated in a helpful and timely way.

The salary range for this role is $45,518 - $54,120 and progression is dependent of required competency levels. The work profile for this position is Monday to Friday, working a 40-hour week.
You will need a full New Zealand Driver Licence for this role.
