The Position: Administration Officers play an integral role in the overall delivery of services by Anglicare Victoria, through the provision of professional administration support and customer service across the Eastern Region.

To Be Successful in this Position You Will Need:

  • A customer service focus working in Administration and 'front line' Reception.
  • Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Advanced computer literacy skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work well within a team and autonomously.
  • Have plenty of initiative and a positive ‘can-do’ attitude.

  1. Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communications skills with advanced computer literacy skills in Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint and Outlook.

  3. Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic environment, responding flexibly to meet changing needs, priorities and deadlines. A team player who builds effective internal relationships.
