ABOUT THE ROLE
Crowlz Electrical Pty Ltd are looking for an Administrative Officer to support our growing business. Based in Croydon South, this role will see the successful candidate responding to customer enquiries, coordinating and scheduling work orders and processing compliance documents. 

Part-Time and Full-Time hours available. Hours negotiable for the right candidate. Availability on Saturday from 9am to 2.30pm strongly desirable.

DUTIES

  • First point of call for all customer enquiries
  • Respond to customer enquiries via email and phone
  • Scheduling work orders to ensure a logical and achievable daily workflow for each technician
  • Respond to and work through any issues that arise throughout the day to reduce impacts on the schedule
  • Effective communication of any issues to internal/external parties
  • Coordinating the completion of all jobs including finalising all compliance paperwork to ensure prompt payment and customer satisfaction
  • Assist the operational team (Director, Operations Manager & Administration Manger)
  • General office duties as required

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Basic electrical and/or trade experience (not essential)
  • Motivated and proactive
  • Strong communication skills
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office and online platforms)
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships and work confidently with people at all levels
  • Organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and complete tasks with competing deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team as required
