BrisbaneAir have provided superior residential air conditioning and commercial air conditioning installation services for Brisbane since 1982, with thousands of happy customers. At Brisbane Air, our reputation has been built on providing quality at an affordable price. We are air conditioning experts serving residential and commercial markets, providing air conditioning installation and servicing for ducted, multi and split systems. We are now looking for a strong administration officer to join our new office at Brendale.

As Administrative Officer you will provide highly efficient and effective administrative support to the Office Manager in our Brisbane Office. This is a full-time opportunity that allows you to showcase your attention to detail, positive relationship building and prioritisation skills.

The successful applicants’ responsibilities will vary and include but are not limited to:

  • Answering phones, customer services & enquiries
  • Scheduling quotes and jobs
  • Professional attitude with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal skills - Correspondence to customers
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Accounts Payable and Receivables
  • Strong knowledge of Brisbane suburbs
  • Data entry
  • Ability to multitask
  • Friendly and personable


The successful applicant shall possess the following skills and attributes:

  • 5+ years administration and customer service experience
  • Ability to present written information in a precise, legible fashion,
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team,
  • Have an enthusiastic work ethic and show initiative,
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills,
  • Attend to all tasks in a reliable and punctual manner,
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills,
  • Courteous and confident phone manner,
  • Strong workplace health and safety awareness
  • A desire to learn and take on responsibility.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite & MYOB is desirable
  • Previous experience in a similar role/industry is desirable
  • Must have own transport
