We are seeking a self-motivated team member with a strong work ethic and high attention to detail. You are expected to produce quality work, manage competing priorities, communicate respectfully and be supportive within a team environment. 

About the role

Based in our Parramatta office, you will be joining a small team to be the administrative link between the client and the field representative to ensure all work is completed in an accurate, compliant and efficient way. A Field Services Officer is expected to enter client instructions, update progress of files and generate reports and invoices. Paramount to this role is the ability to complete all tasks with great attention to detail whilst providing outstanding customer service to a range of stakeholders.

The core hours will be 8:30 – 5:00pm with some flexibility available.

Your duties will include

  • Utilise our in house file management database to enter client instructions, update progress of files and generate reports and invoices;
  • Liaise with clients and field agents via telephone and email;
  • Following up our field agents to ensure files are actioned within internal and external guidelines and procedures and in accordance with relevant legislation;
  • Provide exemplary customer service to our clients and achieve the best possible outcomes; and
  • Assisting with any administrative duties where required.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Great interpersonal skills;
  • High attention to detail;
  • 2 years’ administration experience would be highly regarded;
  • Time management abilities; and
  • Show motivation and initiative in all working aspects/duties..
