Administration Officer (Communications and Marketing)
A position for a reliable Administration Officers (Communications and Marketing) has become available with a premium provider of Specialist Disability Accommodation located in Woolloongabba, Brisbane QLD. We recognise that people are defined by their hopes and dreams and not by their disability and our business was established with the specific purpose to facilitate the Specialist Disability Accommodation aspirations of service providers and clients. The Position:
- Full time position with immediate start available.
- Weekly status updating and reporting using CRMs such as SalesForce.
- Managing and replying to daily enquiries and leads both via email and phone.
- Updating our properties on listing sites and our website using WordPress.
- Creating brochures and campaigns for email and social marketing using Adobe InDesign and Campaign Monitor.
- Sourcing, writing, and editing accessible and engaging content for social media and our website.
- Maintenance of participant files, ensuring all communication and paperwork is completed correctly and accurately.
- Interpreting data for analytics and direction of marketing.
- Supporting the Directors and BDM in general day-to-day tasks as required.
- Handling and distributions of mail.
- Ensure the smooth operation of our office and contributes to driving sustainable growth.
The Person:
- Knowledge of the NDIS and a desire to maintain and increase that knowledge.
- Must show a strong commitment to participant service excellence and a genuine interest and passion for people with a disability.
- Strong capabilities and experience using web content management systems, electronic marketing software and desktop publishing applications.
- Previous use of SalesForce or other CRMs, MS Office suites, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Acrobat DC.
- The ability to work effectively with a team as well as autonomously.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask.
- Self-motivated and trustworthy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including demonstrated ability to tailor communications to a variety of audiences.
- Attention to detail.
