THE ROLE
Exciting opportunity for an experienced Administration Officer with HR experience.
As a successful Administrative & HR Officer, you will act as the point of contact for all employees and external partners for HR- related and administrative queries. Your main administrative duties include answering phones, managing office stock, preparing regular reports, organising company records, maintaining & managing HR documents (e.g., employment records and onboarding guides) and updating internal databases. Our ideal candidate has experience with HR procedures and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner.
Offering a work / life balance of 08:00am till 4:00pm, Monday to Friday.
