About the role

This is a full time fixed term contract for 5 months. 

The Administration Officer (Governance) will provide quality administrative support, with a particular focus on transferring controlled documents into new templates (policy and procedures) and updating content in SharePoint.  The position also provides coordination and administrative support to the Policy team in relation to projects as required. 

About you

  • Experience in document control processes
  • High proficiency in computer literacy skills including advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and SharePoint
  • High standard of verbal and written communication skills including attention to detail and accuracy
  • Efficient data entry skills
  • Self-motivated attitude, enthusiastic with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work unsupervised
