PERMANENT FULL TIME / IMMEDIATE START

 

Who we are:

We are a vibrant wholesale manufacturing company based in Belfield, Sydney inner west. We manufacture and distribute custom made Blinds and Curtains to other businesses. Our company was established in 1990 and is well respected within the industry.

 

We are seeking an Administration / Customer Service Officer to join our team. This is a crucial role with an excellent opportunity to grow together with the company.

 

Role:

Your duties will entail:

  • General admin & customer service
  • Processing orders
  • Deal with trade customers
  • Communicate with factory staff to manage & dispatch orders
  • Working hours: 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday

 

Requirements:

The following traits would be highly useful to the role:

  • Attention to detail. All our orders are made to order, and as such require care and attention.
  • Prior experience in customer service and office administration.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced surrounding with some degree of pressure.
  • Good communication skills & a calm, diplomatic demeanour.
  • Proficiency in MS Office is important.
