• Daily data entry with accounting program, assisting with completing AP-related tasks accurately and in a timely manner
• Answering incoming calls in a professional and timely manner
• Meeting and greeting clients
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail / faxes
• General administrative duties such as filing, faxing, scanning, archiving
• Organising domestic and international couriers
• Assists with customer sample logistics
• Other administrative duties as required
Special FeaturesClose co-operation with the AP and all Finance Team to ensure effective and efficient completion of tasks.Qualifications/Experience• Good educational background/1-2 years experience in Accounts PayableJob Related Skills• Following procedures and instructions
