Administration Assistant - #3039

Location: Sutherland Shire

Days / Hours: Full Time

ASSIST CLIENTS TO NAVIGATE A DIFFICULT TIME

Your friendly nature and strong administration experience and customer service orientation will be utilised in client facing activities such as attending to the front desk, answering incoming enquiries and undertaking conflict checks and follow up calls.

You will be responsible for maintaining filing systems, creating internal process documents and monitoring budgets using a high attention to detail as well as other general duties including managing the office environment and ordering stationary.

As an additional aspect of your role, you will coordinate networking records and assist with the preparation of networking events, update social media and blogs as well as assisting with the maintenance of marketing content.

WHO ARE YOU?

  • Strongly organised and proactive with a high level of attention to detail;
  • Previous experience within a similar role ideally in a law firm;
  • Microsoft suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook experience.
