Fenner Conveyors Australia Pty Ltd, part of the Michelin Group of Companies, is the world leader in the manufacture of conveyor belting for mining and industrial applications. With manufacturing plants in Melbourne, Sydney and Perth supporting 16 branches nationally, we offer a comprehensive range of products and services from the design and supply of complete conveyor solutions through to service, installation maintenance and diagnostics services.
We have created a new position within our Administration and Planning TEAM for an Administration Assistant to join on a full-time permanent basis at our Revesby Manufacturing Operations.
The role:
- Setting up of suppliers, customers, invoicing, reconcile open purchase orders
- Process and complete shipping and transport documents
- Raise and receipt purchase orders for deliveries, invoicing and monthly accruals
- Monitor and review customer sales orders
- Coordinating production requirements, updating production documents
- Maintain and update production and inventory records – place orders for production materials
- Liaise with internal and external clients to resolve any issues
- General administration tasks
- Assist with stock takes in the manufacturing plant

So, who are we looking for?
- Someone with administration experience working in a busy manufacturing plant
- Intermediate Microsoft office skills
- High organisational skills – to keep everything on track
- Customer Service skills – to liaise with both internal and external clients.
