We are seeking an enthusiastic, honest and hardworking individual who is a team player. This role is an exciting training opportunity ideal for a graduate or school leaver wanting to build administration experience within a professional services team.
This role is pivotal to the smooth operation of our Sydney office and would suit someone who is organised, reliable and enjoys managing a broad range of ongoing activities that support a well-functioning environment.
Duties and Responsibilities will include
• answering calls
• greeting clients/guests
• attending to meeting rooms
• kitchen management and office supply monitoring
• mail collection
• coordinating couriers
• banking and deliveries
• word processing
• file opening
• file closures/archiving
• copying briefs
• general admin support across the business
Essential requirements
• experience in MS Office – Outlook and Word
• good communication and ability to liaise with clients and colleagues in a professional, helpful manner
• can do attitude
• efficient time management and highly organised
• team player
• have a good sense of humour and a happy disposition
This is a full-time position 9:00am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday.
