Who is the Pursue Ability
Pursue Ability was formed in 2019 as an NDIS service provider supporting vulnerable people suffering psychosocial disability. Our focus is on creating a safe, secure housing for those who have long term mental illness and require additional supports.

Pursue Ability is a highly recognised service for providing Supported Independent living, Support coordination, occupational Therapy, Psychology and other registered services under the NDIS.
We work to fill the gaps for those who have a long term history of incarceration and long term social stays in health facilities among other recognised gaps within the industry, We offer specialised housing to meet the complex needs of individuals.
About the role
The Administration Assistant Is a valuable role that offers the assistance of administration functions across the company, in specific it supports the first point of call for enquiries, intake and overall communication across the company.

You will share a vested interest of those with mental health and physical disability and support our vision to provide exceptional service to those who require support across NSW.
You will have excellent customer service and communication skills, an ability to manage competing priorities and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders are essential skills to develop and excel in this role.
You will have basic knowledge of Human Resources and recruitment to support the ongoing growth of our company.
This role is an exciting training opportunity ideal for a graduate or school leaver wanting to build administration experience within a supportive team dedicated to improving outcomes for vulnerable people.
