Goldfields Individual and Family Support Association (GIFSA) is an organisation that supports people with disabilities, those who care for them, and their families. We are not-for-profit, non- government, and community based. We work in partnership with other community based organisations, State and Federal Governments to provide a range of individualised services.
GIFSA's aim is to be the local service provider of choice through excellence by "Celebrating Life's Journey". We do this by supporting individuals and their families to live a good life by providing person centered services that are tailored to their individual needs and aspirations.
About the role
As the Administration Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for GIFSA; welcoming guests and greeting people who visit the business. You will be required to coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. You will also provide support to managers and employees, assist in daily office needs and general administrative activities.
GIFSA currently has a vacancy for a suitably experienced Administration Assistant in our Kalgoorlie office.
