DK Advertising is a fun size media/creative agency based in North Sydney looking for Administration Assistant. We are an integrated agency and very passionate about all the channels of advertising that we work in with our clients, trying to get the best out of our creative team and media budget. Our work environment is fun, with an energetic team, progressive leadership, rewarding and recognising staff achievements throughout the year.
The Role:
As an Administration Assistant you will report directly to the Managing Director and have a very close working relationship. You will be confident on the phone with a professional, yet warm tone. You will be an office allrounder and will be the face of the business. Supporting the Managing Director with day-to-day tasks, and in return you will get firsthand training and the opportunity to grow within the business.

Reception
Data Entry
Reporting
Minute taking
General administration duties
About You:
Warm personality coupled with a can-do attitude
Intermediate MS Office skills
Great communication skills
Friendly demeaner with ability to work in a team
Confident working in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional coordination skills
