About the role
- Warmly greet visitors to our office
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly, fielding calls; and maintain office efficiency
- Perform a variety of administrative duties, such as booking couriers, maintaining petty cash, and keeping all common areas clean and stocked
- Maintaining general office practices and updating relevant spreadsheets
- Looking after all incoming and outgoing mail
- Management of office equipment
- Light credit management duties
- Internal stock management for hardware
- Upskill as redundancy for Account payable
- Maintaining a clean and enjoyable working environment
Skills and experience
- Knowledge of Office work & Excel
- High accuracy with attention to detail
- Flexible team player willing to support the needs of a growing business
- Basic keyboard skills, knowledge of Microsoft software including Word preferred
- Ability to manage time effectively and to prioritise workloads effectively
- High level of personal presentation
- Impeccable English both written and spoken
- Quick learner
