Administration Assistant/ Receptionist
JOB-SHARE; 2 days per week, Must be available to work on Tuesday and Friday.
The Administration Assistant/ Receptionist responsible for providing support and reception cover along with related duties to assist various departments within the company. To have a flexible attitude and be committed to providing a high standard of customer service at all times.

- Good Microsoft Word skills and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Responsibilities include:
- Acting as the face of the company and first point of contact for all clients, greeting and welcoming visitors and guests.
- Assisting with all company enquiries
- Answer incoming telephone calls and redirecting as appropriate.
- General drafting of correspondence and clerical duties
- Maintaining Reception area and boardroom
- Management/ replenishing of office stationery supplies
- Raising Purchase Orders
- Organising and distributing mail and outgoing courier dispatches and incoming courier deliveries
- Creating security access passes for new staff and any visiting contractors
- Reconciling monthly corporate credit card statements for Executive Managers
- Monitoring the company 'info mailbox' and responding to any general enquiries
- Updating information on the company intranet as required
- Arranging transportation for visitors, clients and management as required
- Arranging catering and refreshments for client meetings as required.
- Being aware of and familiar with emergency procedures for the site
- Working closely with job-share to ensure smooth and professional operation of the Reception area.
