Job Description

We are seeking a personable PART-TIME Administration / Accounts Assistant to support the team in one of Melbourne’s newest business parks in Keysborough. You will be an integral part of the team, responsible for office administration, customer service and accounts receivable duties. 

Snapshot of the role:

  • Actively support the Marketing & Finance Director to effectively run the fundamentals of the business.
  • Actively support the Managing Director with all administrative duties.
  • Manage all aspects of stakeholder engagement including phone calls, face to face inquiries and delegating to the appropriate personnel to ensure a premium level of service delivery.
  • Ensure the fundamentals of office management are maintained including – supplier & client records and files are updated to the specific filing system. 
  • Processing of accounts payable and receivable invoices into accounting software
  • Support client retailers with management of business assets 
  • Support sales team with all business-related inquiries
  • Schedule and confirm meetings
  • Ensure file organization based on office protocol
  • Provide ad hoc support around office as needed

You are proficient in Microsoft Office and overall, you have a practical and proactive approach. We are looking for a candidate with some previous administration or accounts related experience – however this not essential for a candidate with the right attitude! High level of attention to detail as well as strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport will make you a star candidate!
