Service Coordinator

Keece Electrical & Maintenance Services are a mid-sized, ISO-accredited trade contracting business. Working full time from our head office in Richmond, you will thrive working in a small service team coordinating and resolving our customers facilities requests.

Your day to day will involve:

  • Coordinating our service team schedules and bookings
  • Providing instruction and guidance on the procedural requirements of our customers
  • Juggling phones calls, emails, texts and the like in order to get the job done 

What you need:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • A willingness and strong phone manner
  • Diligent data entry
  • Great Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong attention to detail
