About Us and Our Misison

We are an allied health company that provides Physiotherapy and OT services to both the general population as well as the disability population. We are looking to not only help the community in Australia, but also change the world. Our goal is very big but simple. One day we want to create a free for all physiotherapy service in third world countries like Sri Lanka, have staff going over, mentoring physiotherapists and helping the clinics run in Sri Lanka and other impacted countries.

Your role:

  • Handling invoices by sending invoices, keeping a record file and following up appointments and insurance claims.
  • Customer happiness and relationship building with clientele.
  • Navigate and systematize Invoices and billings for clients.
  • Writing and distributing email, letters, faxes and forms.
  • Systematization of our books, using Cliniko.
  • Organizing and scheduling appointments for participants seeking therapy.
  • Planning, scheduling and organizing meetings and phone calls.
  • Be your own individual, and express your genius to aid the world.

Business administration experience preferred.
