Laminex New Zealand forms part of the Building Products division of Fletcher Building Products Ltd, and we are a trusted business partner for decorative surfaces and panel products, offering expert knowledge and exceptional value to our customers.

We are committed to advancing on the path to sustainability in all aspect our operations. In line with our commitment, we have decided to digitalise our physical records and right now we're looking to fill an immediate vacancy for a Admin Assistant to assist with this project. 

This will be a 05 weeks short-time assignment, 03 days a week (Wednesdays to Fridays), 06 hours daily and complete flexibility with regards to the start and finish time. This role will be based in our headquarters in Penrose, Auckland.

The role;

  • Sorting and scanning of physical documents
  • Uploading documents to specific digital folders with high level of accuracy
  • Other administration tasks related to the project
