JTA is one of Australia’s leading independent workplace consultancies. Family owned and based in Beachside Elwood, for over 30 years we’ve helped businesses manage their occupational health, safety and noise requirements. JTA is looking for motivated individuals to join our team. 

About the role

Our health team delivers onsite hearing tests throughout Melbourne and Regional Victorian workplaces. You will utilize your strong administrative skills to manage and coordinate bookings. 

Your responsibilities include:

  • Processing bookings promptly and accurately
  • Contacting customers to create and manage schedules
  • Assisting with managing team calendars
  • Providing customer service support.
  • Interpreting technical audiometric data
  • Writing and producing reports for clients
  • Answering and transferring phone calls.
  • Data and records management including adhoc administration tasks.

 

You should possess the following Skills:

  • A warm and engaging phone manner.
  • An ability to deal with our clients in a sensitive and confidential way.
  • Systematic handling of information.
  • Strong Computer Skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good attention to detail, with an ability to complete work accurately.
  • Outstanding time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask to meet deadlines in a highly paced dynamic environment.
