Ko tÄ mÄtou mahi - Our Role
Our Commercial Group manages KÄinga Ora's key commercial activities, provides strategic leadership and advice to other groups and works with the broader market to achieve system transformation. It contains our developer support team who provide financial underwrites to housing projects that meet defined criteria, our procurement and supplier management team who support our business groups to source materials and services, and our acquisitions and divestment teams.
Our high performing national Acquisition team is growing so we are now looking to welcome an Acquisition Manager to be based in Auckland.
As an Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring property around New Zealand in the form of land, existing residential properties and design and build development projects.
Reporting to a Senior Acquisition Manager, and working as part of a supportive team, you will be tasked with:
