This not-for-profit organisation brings with it a unique and exciting working environment that attracts some of the most creative minds in the country.

Your new role

Working in a small but friendly finance team you will be accountable for the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions whilst also providing other adhoc support to the wider team. This may involve:

  • Processing invoices for payment (MYOB) and filing once paid
  • Processing staff expenses
  • Company credit card reconciliations
  • Setting up foreign currency payments when needed
  • Maintaining the aged debtors list and taking action where necessary
  • Generating invoices for payment and following up when necessary
  • General office admin tasks i.e. stationary orders, photocopying, maintaining access pass records etc.

What you'll need to succeed

The most desirable asset for this role is the ability to work autonomously and to think for yourself! You will have full ownership over the transactional accounting function and the opportunity to truly make it your own so you must possess excellent organisational skills in order to be successful.
