Ideally we would like someone who is based in Tauranga however, it is a work-from-home role, and we can accommodate someone from further away. Most of this role would be work from home, however, you would be required to spend a few hours every week working out of our Mt Maunganui Warehouse. You also have the option of working full time from the warehouse office, if you wish to get out of the house.
We will supply you with a company laptop, monitor, mouse and keyboard, and company phone.
Skills:
- Experience using Xero
- Experience using Payroll
- Confidence in Google Suite (Google Sheets / Docs etc.)
- Previous experience OR study in accounting.
- Previous sales or retail experience a bonus
- Driven and motivated to get work done from home.
The Role:
- Ensuring bills are paid on time.
- Filing tax returns.
- Shaping the company’s financial direction with the strategic team
- Overseeing payroll.
- Helping with money exchange
- Work with the strategic team to create a pricing strategy
- Assisting with stock levels
- Creating finance reports.
- Supporting customers with warranties and post-sales queries.
- Packaging up, and sending out products to customers from our warehouse.
