Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in consultative sales and account management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Google products (e.g., Google Ads, Google Marketing Platform)
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital media and its market landscape
  • Knowledge of online advertising, digital media consumption patterns, and branding measurement
  • Ability to work with evolving and emerging products
  • Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills

About the job

As an Account Manager, you will be part of the Google Account Management Rotation Program. Through this program, Google develops account managers in specific product and business training and executive access/exposure over a fixed period of time. You will work on specific assignments that will give you exposure into our various business verticals. This program is designed to set you up for long term success when it comes to verticals you personally feel empowered to evolve in.

Responsibilities

  • ​​Serve as a liaison with customers regarding new product launches and advertising opportunities.
  • Report on business growth figures internally and take ownership with the leader of your vertical.
  • Manage ongoing customer training in all Google Ads-related tools.
  • Develop forward-thinking, data-driven analysis and recommendations that align with customer goals and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to pitch to customers.
  • Provide campaign updates and optimization recommendations to ensure that our advertisers are satisfied.
