Job Description
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Sales responsible for MacGregor with focus on the F&R equipment (Triplex and Rapp brands), service and refurbishment within the retrofit and service segment
- Active contributor in the tender process and response to customer
- Ensure products and services are marketed, positioned and understood by key decision makers within clients organizations
- Formal proposal of solutions to customers (technical specifications, dim sketches, presentations)
- Develop close working relationship within own team members, tender team and sourcing department
- Be a MacGregor ambassador and develop close relationship with both existing and potential customers, and be an active contributor bringing MacGregor to the table
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, electronics or marine
- Extensive relevant experience may compensate for missing formal education
- Minimum 3-5 years in Marine, shipping or offshore
- Experience in successful Sales in the respective region/country
- Previous experience with SAP and SalesForce is beneficial
- Work Independently and target oriented
- Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and verbal
