Job Description

Job Duties / Accountabilities:

  • Pitch and close Brand Partnership (BP) opportunities to a territory of agencies and clientsacross a cluster of Bell Media TV, digital & social assets representing all BP initiatives whilemaintaining strong relationships with all agencies and direct clients
  • Work closely with all sales teams to design unique integrated marketing opportunities forclients based on their brand objectives and develop presentations by working with thefollowing internal teams including the Creative Agency (On-Air Promotions & Design), Inhouse TV Production, Independent Production, US Distributors, Marketing, Programming,Digital Content, Legal, Communications and Finance
  • Maintain trust and strong working relationships with all key internal teams mentioned above
  • Pitch and sell the concepts developed internally by presenting all features and benefits of theconcept that meet the client’s objectives. Work with clients’ various agencies including MediaAgency, Experiential Agency, Social Agency, Digital Agency, Creative Agency and PR Agency
  • Work closely with Project Managers overseeing all aspects of the execution to supportrevenue goals across our TV, digital, social and mobile platforms
  • Identify influences, trends and characteristics of the marketplace to prompt innovative newbusiness efforts

 

Qualifications / Competencies:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in media planning developing integrated programs anddelivering innovative campaigns
  • Strong relationship building and leadership skills
  • Proven track record of successful media sales promotions, idea generation and projectmanagement
  • Knowledge, experience and success in digital and social media
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation/communication skills
  • PowerPoint, Excel, Photoshop skills is an asset
  • Able to multi-task and juggle many projects at once in a fast paced environment
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bilingual English and French a strong plus

 

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
