The opportunity
As an Account Director within our Government Business Development team you will focus on developing new relationships and managing a portfolio of major Federal Government Departments and Agencies. You\'ll work with the Canberra and National leadership teams to execute the sales strategy, whilst also working with all EY service lines to encourage a \'one firm\' attitude, capability and culture. Â
The key to your success will be your ability to identify, qualify, pursue and resolve any concerns to close sales opportunities. If we were to look into the now, next and beyond horizon, you’ll be encouraged to work in the next and beyond to create opportunities for EY and you will take ownership of the execution of the overall sales strategy.
You\'ll have extensive business development experience and a strong understanding of Federal Government. You\'ll be tertiary qualified with exceptional influencing skills and the ability to mentor, inspire and lead others.Â
This role is offered on a full-time basis and will be based in Canberra.
