The Opportunity Due to an internal promotion, our Rotorua branch currently has a rare opportunity for an administrator to join the team as an Account Broker. This role would see you supporting the Account Managers with the day-to-day administration and support for their clients. As a key point-of-contact, you will engage with a broad range of people.  You would be accountable for:

• Managing the insurance claims process for clients
• Assisting with client quotes and renewals
• Preparing policy schedules, client presentations, and reports
• Working with clients’ insurance providers, law firms, and external vendors
• Supporting ad-hoc branch duties alongside the wider team.
• Client relations

About you You could have a background in Administration or Office Support with a passion for putting the customer first and going the extra mile. Prior experience in Insurance is not essential – training will be provided if you are eager to learn and start a career. To hit the ground running, you should have:

• Excellent time management skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• A great team player with the ability to get along with a wide variety of people
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g. Outlook, Excel, Word).
